Through years of experience and hundreds of successful productions, we have developed a seamless post-production service that delivers a quick turnaround and the highest quality media in the industry. About Our Founder German Guevara
In 1984 German Guevara was born in a little town in the south of Venezuela. At an incredibly young age, he fell in love with art and “the shape of things”, “the colors of sound” and “the texture of images”. – Said Guevara.
Music won his heart at 5 and grew with him. At 15 years of age, German Guevara became rapper “Doble G” and recorded his first album. The rapper had multiple tours through his country and several performances internationally.
He left Venezuela with his wife and son running from the tyranny that to this day still harms the country.
Once in the United States, he studied videography because his plan was to make short videos of his music to promote his music, little did he know he was starting his career in Filmmaking to never leave it behind. Life in the United States is difficult for all immigrants so he worked every job he could find to keep food on the table for his family and time to study his new career. He worked as a gardener, Roof Cleaner, Construction Worker, Bartender, Waiter, and many other jobs.
With a lot of patience and years of practice “Doble G” created 2G FILMS LLC. And finally, was recognized as a professional videographer and director. From that point on he has been directing, editing, and operating cameras that had led to major projects. His work has been featured in major streaming services and tv stations like Netflix, CNN, NBC, CBS, YouTube, and many more.
He has also worked with major artists like Daddy Yankee, Nacho, DLG, His current wish is to keep making art and help companies make the content that will help them reach their final goal.
His slogan in 2021 is “More than a video… It’s an experience”.
